Century Studios is pleased to announce the next in our exclusive series of limited edition dragonfly pots, created annually by Ephraim Faience Pottery. This vase is the 15th in our ongoing series, and is approximately 8.5” tall and 3.25” wide. The vase is glazed in Rainstorm, and features two purple winged  dragonflies. This is a signed, numbered, limited edition vase which  bears the Ephraim Faience Pottery hallmark as well as the Century Studios logo signifying that it is an exclusive piece for our studio.

Century Studios is offering this rare piece of Ephraim Pottery to our clients on a pre-order basis. No more than 50 pieces will be made! The exact number of pieces to be created in this pattern will be determined by how many vases are ordered in advance. We are limiting quantities to one per client.

All pre-ordered pieces must be prepaid in full. Once your payment has been received, a confirming receipt will be sent in the mail. 24" Filigree Poppy

We are starting the new year with something large - a 24" Filigree Poppy shade!

This unusual Tiffany Studios shade design has all the bells and whistles. It is a generously proportioned shade with a multitude of brightly colored poppy flowers, has an irregular lower edge,  and features Tiffany's signature filigree overlays on the flower centers and leaves.

To create this shade, much care was taken to include many different flower colors in a variety of styles and textures of glass. A multi-colored, amber toned granite texture glass gives the shade a warm feel which is enhanced by the flower colors. Irwin worked on the layout during the Holiday Season and we completed the construction once we started the new year. In the photo to the right, Irwin is seen attaching the first filigree around the bottom edge of the shade.

This large shade is impressive on a Sr. Floor base, and would be equally stunning as a hanging chandelier. The 24" Filigree Poppy is currently on display in our showroom and available for purchase.

20" Jonquil Daffodil

Daffodils come in a variety of colors and sizes, and the 20" Jonquil Daffodil is one of the few Tiffany Studios shade designs which show two varieties of flower on the same shade. The upper half of the shade features large yellow daffodils in full bloom, with their trumpets nodding gracefully. The lower half is scattered with a profusion of delicate Narcissus blooms whose bright faces are turned upwards towards the sun.

Commissioned by a New York client, this shade has the bright, happy look of Spring. The lively yellow tones of the flowers enliven the fresh green leaves. The subtle blue of the background glass and the green border tones interact harmoniously with the flowers.

The shade is pictured on the Decorated Library base, which features hand applied wire work swirling around the stem.
